Catherine Varra-Nelson is one of the newest members to the Rotary Club of Fort Collins Breakfast. She has lived in Fort Collins area for 30 years. She is a retired Technical Writer and Trainer and worked for high tech companies until she retired from Medtronic in 2011. Catherine’s spouse is Lee Varra-Nelson who was also her membership sponsor.They have four children, Christy, Alisa, Clay and Nikki and nine grandchildren. Along with her love of volunteering at Poudre Valley Hospital, Catherine enjoys reading, sewing, hiking, golf and theater. Although she has just joined Rotary, Catherine has been involved in many Rotary club projects over the years.
