IDEA Committee Vision Statement
- Look inside ourselves and evaluate our own biases and whether they affect/contribute to exclusion, either individually and/or systemically,
- Examine and expand the awareness and understanding of various forms of exclusion that exists in our community,
- Ultimately, seek to expand diversity in membership of our own club, expanding our circle of connections, and
- Encourage ourselves to expand perspectives in our club’s activities and initiatives within the community.
