-Terry Podmore congratulated new Rotarian, Samantha Preuss, who is graduating in Mechanical Engineering from CSU and has been selected as the undergraduate Valedictorian. She is also leaving for Uganda on Sunday to work on a project to be submitted for funding to the International Service committee when she returns
- Becky de La Torre was grateful for the turnout at the Mujeres de Colores Cinco de Mayo celebration
- Mike Griffith is thankful for Teres Lambert’s Field of Honor marketing efforts
- Craig Campbell was pleased with his seamless moving experience with Exodus Moving into Timnath Ranch
- Mary Catherine Limbird has a granddaughter from Germany attending RYLA
- Presley Stevenson is graduating and her host family from Italy will be visiting during her graduation. Presley will be attending Long Island University Brooklyn
- Phil Murphy was happy Keith White assumed the technical duties while Phil was gone

- Gary Turner wanted to reminded Rotarians to show up at the Gardens at Spring Creek on May 29 rather than Ginger and Baker - Bob Waltermire invited anyone to attend the International Committee meeting Tuesday, May 20 7:00 pm at Horse and Dragon Brewery 124 Racquette Drive
- Tom Welsh introduced Dr. Nina Hansen from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Dr. Hansen oversees the "2 + 2" collaborative program between the UAF and CSU schools of Veterinary Medicine. Each year 14 students are admitted to the program and receive 2 years of veterinary school training in Fairbanks, Alaska, and then finish their training at CSU in Ft. Collins
- Mike Griffith encouraged Rotarians to honor a Veteran, First Responder, friend, family member (living or deceased) with a medallion HERE.:

- She Experienced: Peach Festival, Red Rocks, Tour de Fat, Windsor Fall Festival, Rocky Mt. Natl. Park, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Glenwood Springs, Canyonlands and Arches Natl. Park, Homecoming, Prom, Buc-ee’s, horse riding and a Halloween Tour
- She Consumed: Crumbl cookies, Krispy Kreme, hamburgers, Old Chicago pizza, Canes Chicken and the Taffy Shop
- Margherita went skiing in Jackson Hole with other exchange students she considers her family
- Margherita’s father told her to say “yes” to everything she was asked to do so she played tennis and had never played before but regretted saying yes when she went on a twirly ride at the county fair
- Being an exchange student has boosted her self-confidence
- She felt school was easier in Ft. Collins but will miss playing sports when she goes back to her school in Italy
- When she gets home, Margherita wants to see her dog, her family and have a good pizza – not necessarily in that order
