Inspiration: Mike Griffith tells us Memorial Day/Decoration Day started in 1864 to remember lives lost in service of our country. There were 620K soldiers lost in the Civil War. Think about ways were can honor our fallen heroes (fly a flag, go to a Memorial Day celebration, see the Field of Honor and traveling Vietnam Wall, support military/veteran families.
DEI Quote: The philosophy of jazz represents tolerance, teamwork and inclusion. That's what America is about. The music reflects that.~ T. S. Monk
