Molly Skold, a native of Fort Collins and third-generation resident, is a proud FCHS Lambkin and CSU Ram. Her father, Thomas, contributed to the community as an active member of the Fort Collins Rotary Club and served as its President.
 
Molly and her husband Karl have resided in various cities including Ames, Iowa, the Chicagoland area, and Omaha, Nebraska. Notably, in 1989 and 1990, they participated in a groundbreaking agricultural exchange program and lived in rural Russia. During their time there, 
Molly authored feature articles for multiple newspapers and provided English instruction to Russian scientists. 
 
Returning to her hometown, Molly serves on numerous boards and committees. These include roles as a board member and past president of Visit Fort Collins, as well as involvement in the Tourism Master Plan Leadership Committee, the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery Board of Directors, and the Northern Colorado Advisory Board for Elevations Credit Union. Additionally, she was a member of the Larimer County Food Bank Capital Campaign. 
 
Currently, Molly works remotely as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Mutual of Omaha's real estate arm, Midtown Crossing at Turner Park. In this capacity, she works to propel the revitalization and burgeoning growth of historic midtown Omaha.
 
Molly and Karl, celebrating 39 years of marriage, enjoy skiing, tennis, golfing and hiking. They take immense pride in their three grown children and revel in the joy of grandparenthood to three young boys: Mason, Austin, and Charlie.
