  • Last 2 years have been tough with last year ending with 2 Wins & 9 Losses
 
  • Decided to implement the EDGE Program
    • E stands for EFFORT 100% of the Time
    • D stands for DISCIPLINE- attentive to details on and off the field.  Doing what needs to be done.
    • G stands for GRATITUDE- grateful for what you do have.  Focus on the positives not the negatives in your life.
    • E stands for EXCUSE FREE- take ownership whether good or bad and move on
  • Leaders and influencers hold each other accountable with the EDGE program
  • He "Drafted" his team so they were accountable based upon the EDGE criteria 
  • Implemented "Say What it Is" Fridays where called out and rewarded behavior which grew them closer as a team
  • End Game is translate this new program into WINS! He has noticed they are playing very hard this year 
  • Coach Bobo is having more fun this year than the last 22 years of coaching.  
  • Ultimately wants to impact kids lives, like his dad did when he was a coach
    • Teaching his kids it's not about yourself but about the team and sacrificing for the "family"
  • #1 Challenge is recruiting but he and his team are focused on it
  • Bobo loves competing, loves wining and loves effecting young men's lives in a positive way

Her Rotary Life, has include service all over the world
She’s a big supporter to Eradicate Polio and the Rotary Foundation
